Spiders and Camping ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!?
My boyfriend wants me to go camping with him. I would love to go to try and share his interests but i'm absolutely terrified of spiders! Is there any way to stop them coming into the tent. Is there anything at all that I can even put on the tent that doesn't ruin the waterproof material to keep them away.
Are there holes or nooks or crannys in tents that spiders can get in or anything?
Most tents have 2 layers, an outer waterproof flysheet and the inner. The inner is spiderproof apart from the doors. So long as you keep the inner doors zipped up then the spiders can't get in. You can open the inner doors to go in to sleep but the spiders can't open the doors to get at you.
If your BF is any god then he will have a quick check to make sure there are no monster spiders lurking outside the tent in the morning. This is important that he does that since country spiders are quite huge, maybe the size of a small dog sometimes.
