PDF support for Kindle 2?
Does anyone know if Amazon will add native PDF support to K2 in a future upgrade, or if it is still possible to do? This is one of the only reasons that I consider buying the new DX ...
I do not think not. I think the lack of native support for PDF's Kindle 2 should be integrated to some hardware limitation. This is also a difference essential between Kindle and Kindle 2 DX, if Amazon will not be able to make $ 130 more expensive than the Kindle 2. I will say if the native support of PDF is important to you, and you like the larger size and is great with the extra cost of $ 130, then get the Kindle DX. In fact, I think the bigger screen will be good for PDF Reader normally letter size, and also for reading newspapers.
