The Kno in Action
More than likely, you're here because you are considering purchasing an Amazon Kindle for yourself or a loved one. The Amazon Kindle is a God send for those who love their books and love to take them wherever they go. This ebook reader was constructed to make reading easier and convenient for all thebook enthusiasts out there. However, just like any other high-tech devices, this ebook reader has its pros and cons too:
Pros:
- Provides super fast wireless delivery of books without the need to sync it with a computer.
- Has an impressive 90,000+ collection of books, from New York Times bestsellers to any obscure textbooks (and is quickly growing)
- No worries of losing content for any reason because it has an online backup
Cons:
- You have to navigate using a clunky wheel, which makes people wonder if using touch screen technology would have been the ideal solution
- Does not provide real page numbers, making it hard to provide proper footnotes if researching material
The cool thing about this ebook digital reader is that it has been improved upon since its first release. The couple of cons that are mentioned above are not a big deal to most people. There is a reason that the Amazon Kindle leads the arena of ebook readers. It would be foolish to dismiss the Kindle in favour of another ebook reader especially on the basis of a cheaper price.
If you want an ebook reader for the long run, then an Amazon Kindle is the way to go. Since its release, it has given thebook industry a considerable hope that it might be a way to revive thebook market, which is currently facing increasing competition from digital media. The Amazon Kindle has done just that!

can I found out what books are on Kindle?
I know Kindle doesn't have every textbook out there. Is there like a search box or a list online where I can search for all the ones they have?
BTW, I don't have a Kindle. I want to know if there's a way to find out what books they have before buying one.
The easiest thing would be to go to the Kindle store online and browse or search the Kindle ebooks by category. The ebooks are organized under the same categories you would find in a bookstore: Fiction, Nonfiction, Politics, Mystery, etc. Check out the Kindle store. (link below)
