Nook Color Troubles - After opening a book the page automatically defaults to the previous screen?
Nook Color has worked flawlessly for the past month. Have just 3 books purchased but today while on a commercial flight my current read would open to the last bookmark then immediately defaulted back to the previous screen. Numerous attempts were made to no avail. Can't finish the book. There was no problem with the other two books downloaded. ??? Customer support said to archive and then un archive but this did not work either. Is this a software or hardware issue? Thanks
Hi, ROBERT, did you upgrade it to the latest available firmware? If it only happens with one book and not with the other, then it's clearly something wrong with that particular ebook and not with the hardware. How about not using the bookmark but just flip to the page you need?
