multiple devices or just one? Portable DVD player + + ebook laptop or simply a laptop?
My daughter will need a laptop next fall for college. She had her now, but it then has. She also had a portable DVD player and / Or an ebook reader now. His birthday is tomorrow. I could not find him a portable DVD player, or an ebook reader, but is it a waste of money Since a laptop can play DVDs and books display? Is there a legitimate reason to have multiple devices?
I am a college student, and I have a laptop and ebook reader (Amazon Kindle). In my opinion, they serve different purposes. I love to read with my drive ebook very much and it stimulates my interest in reading, but I will not use my laptop for playback. I do not have a portable DVD player, it should be for entertainment so I have no opinion about it. One of the main reasons I love my Kindle, is that I can get books on the device much cheaper than real books. If you read your daughter, it's good to get her one as it can help you save money in the long term. I remember I read these comments on the advantages of the Kindle when I decided to buy it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http% % 3A% 2F% 2Fwww.amazon.com 2Freview%%%%% 2FR2DUM7S4XW06QN 3DUTF8 3Fie 26ASIN 3DB00154JDAI 3D% 255F% 26ref 3Dcm%%% 255Fcr 255Fpr 255Fcmt 26nodeID%%% & tag = moreinfo-po-20 LinkCode & UR2 & camp = 1789 & creative = 390957 = http://www.speedreaderxreview.com/is- Kindle-2-Vaux-le-price And it is actually a good chance, as Amazon recently announced a price slash on the Kindle 2. It now sells $ 60 cheaper than the price I got mine ... So take a chance:. Hope it helps)
