Why is my Amazon Kindle keep reloading?
I just received my Kindle for Christmas and find that when I try to read I sometimes go in the middle reading when my Kindle just cuts out and refill. it recharges twice before it goes back to the home screen. I searched for answers but came up with nothing. I even plugged in and place the switch on for 15 seconds and everything. : (
If you held the switch for 15 seconds (reset) and it does not solve the problem I contact Amazon and get a new one. Customer Service Kindle is excellent.
