Can I charge through usb without problems?
I purchased a electronic product on my way back from Japan, however I forgot to buy a converter to use with it. I do have a usb charger that came with my Barnes & noble "nook" which looks like this: http://www.nookboards.com/forum/pics/unbox/IMG_3468.JPG
It has mini usb plug on one side and standard usb on the other side which plugs into a ac adapter.
The ac adapter from barnes and noble reads input 100-240 vac0.15A 50/60hz output 5v=0.85A
I was wondering if I could use this to charge my electronic from Japan?
well the ac adapter for the device from japan reads:
input AC100V 50/60HZ 7VA
output DC5.2V 320mA
Unless I'm reading something wrong, you didn't give any idea of what device you bought or how much voltage or current it needs.
