Why do my lights dim in the kitchen?
I have three different sets of lights in the kitchen and nook area (chandlier on a dimmer over table, recessed lighting on a dimmer over snack bar and regular light fixture with no dimmer). They've all been known to dim for a second and then back to normal. Never do they do it at the same time. replaced one dimmer switch but still happens.
The circuits aren't overloaded. Each circuit has minimal on it as was designed when the house was built.
there shareing a circuit with something that gets turned on or that goes on automatically....so the amps drop for an instant and lights dim.......normal when there wired like that....
