Best E-Reader? Amazon Kindle vs. Barnes and Noble's Nook?

Which do you think would be best? I would probably buy the wi-fi + 3g version of either. What would their major difference's be?

I have had both in my hands, and I decided to buy the Kindle. I liked the feel of the Kindle over the Nook, and I have heard that Amazon's customer service rules and Barnes and Noble - not so much. I loooooove my Kindle. It goes with me everywhere. If you are an avid reader, I think you will enjoy it too. Having a library in my hand is a rush.
