How to Remove Nook Battery & Micro SD Card
Nook color charger making hissing sound?
I just got my nook color today an plugged it in my wall to charge over night, but it's making a sort if hissing noise. I googles if it was normal and have read some stories about nook chargers melting and almost burning down houses. Now I'm scared to death to plug it in but I'm completely out of battery, I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.
It might be the adapter for the USB cable making the noise. I've seen that happen. Get a new adapter or take it back to BN and tell them what's going on. They might replace it for you.
