How to add media to pandigital novel 7' multimedia ereader?
I got a bunch of ebooks on the computer cant get them moved to the ereader. Also tried using sd card and imported them says there are some files but cant find them. PLEASE HELP
First of all, make sure they are all either pdf or epub, those are the only two formats the PDN can read (unless you hacked it).
Go to My Computer, and identify the folder where the ebooks get stored to if you buy them from B&N. Then locate your micro SD card directory.
Provided your books are all in the correct format, you should be able to copy and paste from your PC hard drive to either the micro card or the folder in the tablet's main memory.
Or you could use Calibre. Calibre is ebook management software, open source, and free, that will beautifully handle your uploading of ebooks to the PDN. You can find it here: http://calibre-ebook.com/
They have video tutorials, and you can also join their FB page and ask questions if you get stuck. It is pretty straightforward to figure out, and it will help you not only with cataloging your collection, but also convert to other formats (as long as the books are not DRMd).
