How to download previously purchased books on a new Kindle Kindle?
I had a Kindle for my birthday It was then I am new with one year warranty. When I tried to download my books that I bought with the old To the new Kindle, I could not find them on my account. Should they be there in "Manage Your Kindle" on Amazon.com? I get how some, but all the books that are not free can not be transferred. They are on the old Kindle and not on my account. There is no sign on my account that I have. I tried transferring the files to a folder on my computer and then transfer these files to my new Kindle, but only the free transferred. Any ideas before I call Kindle support?
