Question about the Amazon Kindle?

Please note that I know a limited amount of this unit. And when I comment Research the pros and cons of termonology confuses me. (Yes I am a Tard Tech). I do not care about the location of the buttons or how certain people say it is ugly. The only thing wheither decision that I'll buy it or not the following questions: With the keyboard you can search for words key in a book (which would help with my paper on and others)? All I want to do with the thing is reading books simply do not listen to music or read a doc file or document type, so will this meet my simple needs? Another question how does that work wireless Internet so familiar? My understanding is that you can buy the books as digital camera without having to get on your computer, that's my reason? My next question is do you think Worth waiting for a more informed or better making the current version to meet my needs?

Yes, you can easily find specific words with the keyboard. (He saved my butt with a paper on Greek lit metaphors.) Currently there is a universal search (all your books) and then you can click the book you are interested in. The results are in the form of extracts, so you can choose the passages you really need. The free wireless service works perfectly, and you can buy books directly from the camera. (I bought books at 2am, and was so happy that I did not have to wait until morning to visit a bookstore ... or even getting up from your sofa.) Internet was important for me because I hate dragging around a laptop, and I was not disappointed. It runs on EVDO (as a cell phone on a data plan), and wireless can be turned off with a switch if you want to save battery or on board a plane. But make sure you are in the coverage area: http://www.showmycoverage.com/mycoverage.jsp?id=A921ZON. If you're a big bed, you should definitely be aware that you can add text to your non-Amazon device. (You can add through a connection to a PC or an SD card for free, or send by e-mail for 10 cents.) I used my Kindle to read articles and scholarly books for free classical, which is really useful as a student. You can visit sites like Project Gutenberg (http://www.gutenberg.org) for tons of free books, and started an online library of books Kindle-specific: http://kindle.sinshoppe.com. You might be surprised by how many functions are useful beyond the aspect of reading books. The Kindle allows you to "stress" and taking notes, which are accessible from the text and collected in a single file on the Kindle. useful for writing most documents, even if not yet perfect (that is organized as a dump by the time of rating). The next version will probably better, but I do not think it would be worth the wait. The current update is wireless, so new features can be added to the device first generation when they are done. We do not know how long it will take to version 2.0 to appear, and it fits your needs. :) (And yes, I love my Kindle, I'm sure it's hard to say ..- P)
