Organize books Kindle?

I recently bought a Kindle and have been loading it with books that I already my computer. I would plug the Kindle into a USB port and then just do a drag and drop. For the most part it works, but I have problems with some books and how they present themselves on the Kindle. For example: I have some books by Robert Jordan and they show differences: Wheel of Time Book 1 - The Eye Jordan, World, Robert The Great Hunt Robert Jordan, the dragon reborn - Book 3 by Robert Jordan on my PC they are all formatted the way I want to watch it. How can they show up this course on the Kindle. It really bothers me that I can not hold / the name of my book the way I want. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
