Questions about the Amazon Kindle.?
Hey, my name is Ryan and I thought of getting a Kindle from Amazon, anyway, I was wondering a couple things one is browsing the Web available in Greece or Canada? If yes, then this type of sites can see? Can I display facebook example? Two, can I transfer Word documents to your Kindle? If you can, can you work on them? I want to be able to do some written work on Kindle. Thank you
I do not think it has web browsing in Greece. I'm not sure Canada. If it has web browsing can read almost any mobile site and people have since FB update their cells all the time I guess you can use. You can not view Word documents natively, but you can convert them. Amazon will do it for you (for a fee to wirelessly download or free if they email back to you) or you can use a program like the caliber. However, you will not be able to edit these documents. Just take notes and highlights.
