Can I return my Kindle Fire?
I bought an amazon Kindle Fire from best buy just after christmas and had been using it for a good 2.5 months now, then I updated it to 6.2.2 and touchscreen didn't work... then I hard reset and the screen was black... now I need to return it and get a new one some how. Do I need my receipt from when I bought it and where do I go because I don't think I had a best buy warranty and can I call amazon for an exchange?
