kindle help please! really really urgent!?
So I haven't used my Kindle in a few days & I'm 80% sure the battery isn't dead. So when I went to unlock it, the screen like half loaded & froze. I tried the trouble starting tips amazon gives you but it hasn't worked. This is a pic of what it looks like:

I called them & the Rep asked if I knew of any water or pressure damage & I honestly said not that I know of. He said they'll send me a replacement. Will I have to send the broken Kindle back? What if there is water/pressure damage?
They'll take your word that there was no damage, if they offered to send you a replacement for free they can't charge you after the fact. You will have to send the first back, they should have given you a link to print off a return slip so that you're not charged for it.
