accidentally stepped on 3 weeks old BRAND NEW Kindle 3, what should I do?
As I said in the title, "accidentally stepped 3 weeks old on Kindle BRAND NEW 3 "and now the top left of it is frozen. Amazon is still making me pay for a replacement because of apparently thats not in guarantee, so what do u suggest, I can get free replacement or get it renewed for free?
The warranty does not cover misuse and abuse is a walk on. Pay for replacement or not, your choice, but they're not going to cover it.
