why do you need to know? The Kindle comes with an adapter and if you have lost or broken the original, then you should not need. But to answer your question, yes it will be OK as ino plug the Kindle is the same size as what is on your card, they are not all the same size. You can use adapter with the same voltage and Amp different opinions as long as the adapter can provide more ampere device that needs no less. An Amp draw only needed if adpator is able to provide more of the device will not use it.
