CHRISTIAN: I know you hate hypothetical questions, but here goes anyway ...?
If you drove your car on the road in a gap in the middle of winter ... and facing the prospect of remaining there all night ... and had two books in your car. A first aid manual and a Bible. Which would you keep reading and you use it as kindling to stay alive and warm? By the way, I said to "fire" which is to get a fire going, not keep you warm all night. Read the entire question before answering stupid, thank you. Someone (not here) said "the first aid manual become my Bible" ... that a good answer!
