HELP! I have an Amazon Kindle E-Book and I have some problems!
I have an Amazon Kindle E-Book and something is wrong. There are lines across the screen and no buttons do anything. I tried to reset it, but it did not work. Help please!
Take the battery completely, then back and hit the reset button on the Kindle. Then let it charge for about an hour. on again and see if it works correctly. If this is not the second thing to do is turn it on and let the battery completely discharge and then perform the procedure described above. If neither of these work, I can contact support Kindle on Amazon.com. (I just received my Kindle and the thought of this you describe scares me! I love my Kindle!)
