I was thinking about buying a Kindle 2 but I live in a small town in Indiana so I checked the coverage for my area and it said we have EDGE/GPRS coverage. What does this mean? Can I buy and read books in my town? Thanks!

And yes internet is all you need to buy ebooks online (creditcard and the site where your buying as well)
but edge will get you to the site you need to buy the books with your creditcard
