Hello everyone! This is the last part of the second issue for claims Sony Plasma TV images and the quality grade. Read the article and see if you have the following concerns.
The gray bars or black bars are displayed on the right and left of the screen.
- This event event is known as Pillar box. It happens on a high definition screen (16:9) if the video you are watching is being recorded or broadcast in standard definition (4:3). Since a standard definition signal is transmitted only in a box-shaped aspect ratio of 4:3, the image can not correctly fill the entire widescreen 16:9 TV. This is normal.
- Some televisions 4:09 p.m. have a zoom mode or large that you can fill the entire screen. However, according to the selected mode, the picture may appear stretched or parts Image may be cropped. Refer to your TV instruction manual for more information.
- IMPORTANT: Some cables satellite decoders and above can also control the size of the image by pressing the Book (#), ENTER, or size buttons on the set-top box remote. If you use a set-top box, refer to the manufacturer set the box for more information.

There is no signal reception on some or all channels.

- NOTE: If model-specific information is needed to complete one step in this solution, refer to the instruction manual supplied with the product.
