The latest trend in business today requires that most professionals in the purchase of devices that allow them to work even they are in remote locations. These devices require that these handheld devices must have the ability to synchronize data to the computer via the Internet and should be very easy to use. Choose the appropriate device or handheld PDA that offers you many programs that are compatible with applications on your desktop computer will not only increase the productivity of a mobile professional, but increase also more value for the mobile professional. Using the PDA, even if you're on the road should provide a quick access to applications and information and capture. The device should also be compatible with any productivity suite that provides office and other features like the ability to send and receive faxes online with his e-mail function. Overall, the PDA should make things easier for professionals mobile. Here are some of the things that mobile professionals should consider before buying their own PDAs:
1. Operating system. The Most portable devices that are available in the market use Palm and Windows Pocket PC operating systems. Although there are other that are available, both often the most friendly of all. Before you buy your own PDA, make sure that any application that you plan to use or install in your handheld devices is supported by the operating system that comes with your handheld device. Any program that is not supported will not be properly installed and you will not be able to use the synchronization feature of your handheld.
2. Screen size. PDA must have a big screen and should be well lit so because otherwise it may cause a worsening of your hand. If you plan to use applications for word processing, spreadsheets and online fax your handheld device, the screen should be large enough to allow you to read the information without having to scroll sideways and down often. You may think that the big screen can not make your handheld device as handy as you want it either, but in the long run, because you realize the big screens also mean more productivity and convenience for you.
3. Memory capacity. Your device must also have the maximum RAM (Random Access Memory) capacity so it will be easier and faster to run applications. While upgrading your RAM PDA is possible, it may be more expensive and there are other brands that you can even do it.
4. Locations memory card. Each handheld has its own built-in storage area. However, there are those who have expansion slots that can adapt memory card for greater storage capacity. These memory add-ons can also be mounted on your laptop or desktop if you need to transfer files. This is also recommended if you plan to use a PDA or a handheld as a music player because you can store more music files.

Please recommend a PDF reader pocket.?
I read a lot of PDF documents on my computer. I want to be able to read them on the go. Could someone recommend a handheld device that is capable of viewing PDF files?
I own both devices. The first is the Palm T / x which is quite acceptable. But my favorite is the one in my phone that is a corporation AT & T 8525 / Tilt
