could I get cash refund for returned item?
As a gift I received a porfolio case for my ereader but the model does not fit my ereader correctly thus it is for a diiferent model ereader, the store does not have my model, I want the cash to buy it somewhere else, I do not want a credit cause I never buy at Best Buy. Could my cash be returned, I do have the receipt and it is not even a month old. The product has not been used and is in its original closed case.
If you have the receipt and it's less than 30 days old, then take it to Best Buy and get a refund. No problem. The longer you WAIT, the harder it will be to get the refund, so do it today.
