Do you mean the Sony ebook readers like PRS-700BC or PRS-505?
If yes, I'll say the best one among them is PRS-505. Many people like it even more than the Kindle 2, because it has stronger PDF support (to be exact it is native PDF support while the Kindle can only convert PDF to Kindle format which may not be correct).
