Unable to download content to my Kindle?
OK .. I'm not often technologically challenges ... but ... I can not connect to download books. Now, I do not have wireless in my house but I should be able to pick it up in hot spots. I no idea what password to use .. my cable is useless! It was impossible to contact support for this issue please ... help! Maybe a USB cable?
Contact people Kindle - or take your Kindle back to where you bought it and ask them what you have to do. I watched a player Kobo today and found you had to download it from your computer, no direct download possible.
