How long your battery 3 Amazon Kindle really the last?
They say it will last a month but I have to charge mine once a week and I did not even use it heavily. So if I look closely the battery symbol at the moment I unplug the charger once the light went green he does not show as being fully charged at 100%, there is a little battery symbol showing as having exhausted, it never looks about 95% full at best. Is this normal or do you appear to be 100% full battery after you unplug the charger?
're Right: my battery indicator also displays a bit less than 100%. I usually charge my Kindle 3 once every 2 weeks. I keep my wireless turned on at any time though. Turning your Kindle completely (by holding the power button for 8 seconds) really makes no difference to just put it to ie "screensaver" holding down the button for 2 seconds. Difference in energy consumption is negligible. I recommend you disable wireless and if it only lasts for a week, then they can be a problem with battery. With the wireless mode, it should last a good 3 weeks at least. Let us know what happens:)
