Does Amazon send invoices to the $ 0.00 billing address?
I live outside the United States, and Most of the time when I order something from Amazon, I sent the package to a friend or relative in the United States and entered my address as billing address. I never received a bill from the Amazon, but perhaps because they say at the outset that the transport shipping to my address is not possible? Now, however, I deleted my address (the one outside the U.S.) and bought many books without Kindle (which means that the total is $ 0.00). When I got the email confirming my order, instead of the address Billing I deleted, they placed the address of my parents in the United States as the billing address.
